This Legal Notice governs access to, navigation on, and use of the Website, without prejudice to Bedrock Europe’s right to modify its presentation, configuration, and content, as well as the conditions required for access or use. Any modifications to the terms and conditions of this Legal Notice will be published in the same manner or through any type of communication directed at users. Access to, navigation on, and use of the Website after such modifications implies acceptance of them.

Access to certain content and the use of specific services may be subject to particular conditions, which will be clearly displayed in all cases. These particular conditions may replace, supplement, or, where appropriate, modify the terms of this Legal Notice. In the event of a conflict, the particular conditions shall always prevail.

Bedrock Europe is the owner or, where applicable, holds the appropriate licenses for the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website, as well as all the content offered on it, including, but not limited to, the platform itself, texts, photographs or illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, interfaces, or any other information or content and services available through it.

Under no circumstances shall access to, navigation on, or use of the Website by the User be understood as a waiver, transfer, license, or total or partial assignment of such rights by Bedrock Europe. By accessing the Website, the User acquires a right to use the content and/or services of the Website within a domestic scope and solely for the purpose of enjoying the services in accordance with this Legal Notice.

In this regard, if Users become aware that the activities carried out through these third-party websites are illegal or violate morality and/or public order, they must immediately notify the Provider so that the access link to them can be disabled.

Therefore, any information the user wishes to provide to these platforms is at their own risk, and Bedrock Europe is not involved in this process.

This includes, but is not limited to, content that violates human dignity, is discriminatory, racist, xenophobic, harmful to youth or children, pornographic, or threatens public safety. In any case, Bedrock Europe is not responsible for opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

Liabilities and Warranties

Bedrock Europe cannot guarantee the reliability, usefulness, or accuracy of all the information contained on the Website, nor the usefulness or accuracy of the documentation made available through it.

Therefore, Bedrock Europe does not guarantee and is not responsible for:

• The absence of errors in such content.

• The Website’s invulnerability or the inability to breach its security measures.

Users shall not be entitled to any compensation as a result of such actions.

Bedrock Europe may also terminate, suspend, or interrupt access to the Website’s content at any time and without prior notice, without the user being entitled to any compensation. After such termination, the prohibitions on the use of content set forth in this Legal Notice shall remain in effect.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The applicable regulations will determine the laws governing and the jurisdiction competent to resolve disputes between Bedrock Europe and the users of the Website. However, whenever the law allows the parties to choose a jurisdiction, any dispute arising from or related to the Website shall be governed by the laws of Spain in effect at the time of the events. Furthermore, Bedrock Europe and the users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
